Dear Owners/Residents:

Due to safety concerns we are urging all residents
not to use stairs under construction at Bar Harbor Terrace and Hardwood Terrace.  While we are working to finalize
this project as quickly as possible, we ask that you refrain from using the
stairs until the project has been completed and all safety concerns have been
addressed.
